POSITION DESCRIPTION: Oleen Pinnacle is currently seeking Consultants for Facets implementations nationwide. Activities include:
- Manage resolution of technical issues for clients
- Provide technical and development support for production issues
- Troubleshoot software application issues as they relate to Facets application functionality, application server setup, database management, data analysis and third party products
- Collaborate extensively with peers, Business Analysts, Operations staff and
- Project Managers to resolve client issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 plus years supporting Facets
- Extensive experience with SQL Server and Visual Basic
- 3-5 years experience in engineering, engineering support or technical support environment or equivalent consulting experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior consulting experience
- Team management experience
- Bachelors degree
