POSITION DESCRIPTION: Oleen Pinnacle is currently seeking Consultants for Facets implementations nationwide. Activities include:
- Provides hands-on expertise for implementation, configuration and on-going support of Facets to include analysis, system configuration, operational implementation, process documentation and testing for managed care clients
- Develop and recommend operational processes and/or process improvements in support Facets clients
- Define and analyze business goals, objectives, needs, processes and requirements for governmental and production-related system changes
- Recommend system modifications enhancements, new system development and/or business process change
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Functional and analytical knowledge of TriZetto Facets
- Proven configuration skills in one or more of the following functional areas: enrollment, claims, provider, member, benefits, billing, accounts receivable, premium billing, utilization management
- Knowledge of supporting data structures and the ability to query tables
- Knowledge of implementation lifecycle
- Experience creating requirements and defining business rules
- Served as a team member on one or more Facets implementation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior consulting experience
- Team management experience
- Bachelors degree
