POSITION DESCRIPTION: Oleen Pinnacle is currently seeking Consultants for QNXT implementations nationwide. Activities include:
- Manage resolution of technical issues for clients
- Provide technical and development support for production issues
- Troubleshoot software application issues as they relate to QNXT application functionality, application server setup, database management, data analysis and third party products (BizTalk, Informatica, Macess.EXP, Crystal Reports)
- Collaborate extensively with peers, Business Analysts, Operations staff and Project Managers to resolve client issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 plus years supporting QNXT
- Extensive experience with SQL Server and .Net architecture
- 3-5 years experience in engineering, engineering support or technical support environment or equivalent consulting experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior consulting experience
- Team management experience
- Bachelors degree
