POSITION DESCRIPTION: Oleen Pinnacle is currently seeking Project Managers nationwide. Activities include:
- Ensure strategic directions of projects are in line with business objectives
- Create and manage project plans, risk mitigation plans, resource requirements, project costs and all other project management-related documentation
- Define team member roles and expectations; ensure all members of team are engaged and utilized; provide timely feedback
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between vendors, sub-contractors and different teams
- Perform day-to-day management of all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design, development, test and deployment
- Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a defined scope change process
- Measure and monitor progress and clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and that it meets or exceeds expectations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years extensive experience in project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and consulting skills
- Extensive knowledge of health plan operations and systems such as Facets,
- QNXT, Amisys and other healthcare vendors
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies such as RUP, RAD, or OOD
- Strong understanding of current technologies
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
