Dick Oleen
Chief Executive Officer

As a chairman with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information systems, Mr. Oleen has seen it all. Prior to founding the company, he led the project team that developed the first managed care information system in the country in the mid-1980s. Since that time, Mr. Oleen's team has provided consulting support for every major managed care, hospital, and practice management system in use in the industry.

Pete Biagioni
President

Mr. Biagioni brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as president of Oleen Pinnacle including six years at the CIO level, two years as president of an e-Health Internet technology company, and five years managing in a "Big 5" national healthcare consulting practice. Mr. Biagioni's experience in the field of health care information technology has included: e-Health strategy development and deployment, day-to-day operations; sales and business development; organizational engineering; team building; systems planning and architecture; system selections and vendor contract negotiation; information system assessments; budget creation and management; customer management; and investor relations.

Mark Plitman
Vice President, Account Services

Mr. Plitman plays a vital role developing teams within Oleen Pinnacle, making sure that we provide clients with the best talent and resources in the industry. Drawing on over 20 years of healthcare industry experience, he oversees Oleen Pinnacle’s Facets consulting practice. By staying tuned to industry trends and anticipating client needs, he coaches our team on ways to exceed client expectations. Before joining Oleen Pinnacle, Mr. Plitman served in key IT leadership roles for several major health plans, and was also a member of the executive management team for a large national health plan.

Dylan Rupe
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Rupe oversees Oleen Pinnacle’s sales, marketing, and business development activities. As a Vice President, he brings nearly 20 years of healthcare knowledge and know-how to the table. Prior to joining Oleen Pinnacle, he managed national accounts for the American Medical Association where he worked closely with the pharmaceutical industry. He was also involved early in his career in setting up providers to submit claims electronically.  Mr. Rupe is a Fellow of the Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM).
