Peter Biagioni, Chief Executive Officer
Peter Biagioni brings more than 25 years of experience to his role of CEO of Oleen Pinnacle, including six years at the CIO level, two years as president of an e-Health Internet technology company, and five years of management with “Big 5″ consulting firms. An industry veteran, Mr. Biagioni’s experience includes: e-Health strategy development and deployment, day-to-day operations, sales and business development, organizational engineering, team building, systems planning and architecture, system selections and vendor contract negotiation, information system assessments, budget creation and management, customer management, and investor relations.
Cliff Tabor, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Cliff Tabor has over 20 years of experience providing business and technical solutions within the health insurance and provider markets. Mr. Tabor has served in executive and management positions at leading payer administration software vendors, application service providers and “Big 5” consulting firms, as well as health plan operations. Throughout his career, Mr. Tabor’s focus has ranged from managing large-scale system implementation and IT strategic development projects to implementing operational process improvements and designing patient-care delivery workflow solutions.
Kim Wagner, Vice President Business Development, Provider Services
Kim Wagner has more than 18 years of healthcare executive management and health information technology (HIT) experience, including fifteen years of leadership roles with national solution organizations including Siemens and McKesson and most recently she served as a business development and technology officer with a national health information exchange software vendor. Ms. Wagner’s experience has ranged from senior leadership of large multi health system implementations; sales and HIT business development; enterprise system selection and contract negotiations; mergers and acquisitions planning; e-Health strategic planning; multi-location process improvement and reengineering, all accomplished with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Chuck Carter, Chief Financial Officer
With over 15 years of experience in the areas of finance and accounting, Chuck Carter joined Oleen Pinnacle in 2010 as CFO. After spending three years in public accounting, Mr. Carter spent the next 12 years in the telecommunications industry where he held various roles in general accounting, corporate treasury and cash management, internal audit, budgeting and forecasting, as well as operational finance. Mr. Carter is a Certified Public Accountant and is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Susan Olmsted, Director of Administration
Susan Olmsted has more than 20 years of experience in human resources consulting and management. She spent 17 years in the information technology and telecommunications industries in a variety of domestic and international human resources positions. Prior to joining Oleen Pinnacle, Ms. Olmsted was a director of international human resources where she managed the human resources practices for a variety of European countries as well as Saudi Arabia and Asia. Prior to that, Ms. Olmsted served in various management and consulting roles in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, human resources program development and implementation, management training, and general domestic HR support.
