Peter Biagioni brings more than 25 years of experience to his role of CEO of Oleen Pinnacle, including six years at the CIO level, two years as president of an e-Health Internet technology company, and five years of management with “Big 5″ consulting firms. An industry veteran, Mr. Biagioni’s experience includes: e-Health strategy development and deployment, day-to-day operations, sales and business development, organizational engineering, team building, systems planning and architecture, system selections and vendor contract negotiation, information system assessments, budget creation and management, customer management, and investor relations.

Sue Carlsen has more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience including expertise in accounting and financial statement preparation. She is proficient in the management of accounting and reimbursement functions for large portfolios. With extensive experience in operations finance and strategic oversight of financial accounting departments, Sue has a proven ability to organize and analyze business processes to yield substantial efficiencies and has experience in the provision of due diligence transaction support for mergers and acquisitions. Sue holds an undergraduate degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Dallas and is a CPA licensed to practice in the State of Texas.

Susan Olmsted has more than 20 years of experience in human resources consulting and management. She spent 17 years in the information technology and telecommunications industries in a variety of domestic and international human resources positions. Prior to joining Oleen Pinnacle, Ms. Olmsted was a director of international human resources where she managed the human resources practices for a variety of European countries as well as Saudi Arabia and Asia. Prior to that, Ms. Olmsted served in various management and consulting roles in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, human resources program development and implementation, management training, and general domestic HR support.

Cliff Tabor has over 20 years of experience providing business and technical solutions within the health insurance and provider markets. Mr. Tabor has served in executive and management positions at leading payer administration software vendors, application service providers and “Big 5” consulting firms, as well as health plan operations. Throughout his career, Mr. Tabor’s focus has ranged from managing large-scale system implementation and IT strategic development projects to implementing operational process improvements and designing patient-care delivery workflow solutions.

Haley Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in the field of healthcare information systems and technology, including over 15 years at the Director/CIO level and five years as COO. Mr. Wilson’s executive and consulting roles at regional and national health plans have provided insight and experience in key emerging areas, such as accountable care organizations (ACOs) and patient-centered medical homes (PCMHs).

Sara Lunsford has more than 18 years of marketing, communications and business development experience specializing in the areas of information technology, professional services and healthcare. Ms. Lunsford’s background includes seven years of management consulting and 16 years of various leadership roles in strategic marketing, corporate communications, brand development and digital media. Prior to Oleen, Ms. Lunsford served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for one of the nation’s top IT consulting firms, and has also been the Marketing Practice Director for a global management consulting firm. She has held numerous consulting roles with regional and national health plans, and participates in an advisory capacity for Health Information Exchanges and Health Benefit Exchanges nationwide.
